Accessibility statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to book and join live sessions on Live With Me, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA — the basis of standards such as the European EN 301 549 and the Israeli Standard 5568.
What we've done
- An accessibility menu on every page (the round button in the bottom corner): larger text, high contrast, light and dark themes, underlined links, a more readable font, and stopping animations. Your choices are saved in your browser.
- The site is available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Japanese and Hebrew, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew. The language is picked from your browser and can be changed in the header.
- The whole site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons, switches and dialogs are labelled for screen readers, and loading states are announced.
- Pages adapt to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- We respect your device's "reduce motion" and dark mode settings.
- In video sessions, every control has a text label, and mute and camera status are shown as text, not only colour.
Known limitations
- Live sessions are video calls between two people in the Live With Me room. We don't offer live captions yet; the chat in the call can be used to write to each other.
- Payment (PayPal) and Google sign-in screens are provided by those companies; their accessibility is their responsibility.
- Profiles, photos and session descriptions are written by hosts and may not always include text alternatives.
- Admin-only screens are in English.
